Are there any local meeting groups to chat about Sclereoderma? I live in Northampton and no one can empathise with the situation

It all depends on how far people are willing to travel. I was looking for somewhere local i could pop to after work.

All the online information is good, but doesn't beat speaking to a human being!

I have had scleroderma for 30 years. Happy to chat. Just call the RSA on 01270 872776 and leave your phone number and I will call you. Agree it is better to talk to a 'person'!

I live in London and was searching for a support organisation as I felt the same as yourself. Only sufferers can even begin to imagine what life is like trying to cope.

It was during my search that I came across this forum and have found it to be invaluable. I am not able to find any local support group in my area but I guess you could contact the RSA for some more information.

keep in touch here. There's much support to be derived from this forum.

sorry I am not in your area, I can tell you it is amazing to meet others with Scleroderma, when I went on holiday last year I met up with 2 ladies, and just recently I met up with another 3 ladies, there is so much to talk about as we are all different, you need to be able to get together for a good few hours, I would recommend anyone to try and meet with others,, if you are on face book I am in a few groups on there one in particular is in the UK, if you can find me add me as a friend and I will add you to the group,, Liz Fitzpatrick Leadbetter, you never know there may be ppl in your area, and it is a great support group
