Awake At 2 am -- Again 🙄

I've had problems as far back as my memory goes with sleep.I'm 58 and I can remember being extremely young and having difficulty.

I have physical problems and medical conditions and pain and discomfort so that makes it difficult on top of the regular difficulty I already have.

I'm mostly just trying to reach out and connect with other people who can identify with and relate to the same thing because I'm getting tired of being alone.

I also struggled when I was young. Then had a good routine for a while, but with age and stress it went wrong again. Have you checked the chinese body clock? 2am would indicate liver issues.

I made my own hot chocolate to help which has tryptophan, theanine, magnesium, taurine and B6. That makes a massive difference for me.

I started selling it at greatshakes.co.za
