I probably struggle with the opposite thing to others but I am always sleepy and can fall asleep whenever and weherever. No matter how much I sleep during the night 7, 8 , 10 or less hours, I am always sleepy regardless the time of day. I am a teenager, do not consume caffeine, have a good diet, active.

Hi I wanted to send support and wish you well. i can maybe relate as I'm in a similar situation in that i also get plenty of sleep and don't drink caffeine and have a good lifestyle and yet there are some times when I just feel drained and can just fall asleep in the middle of the day or at least feel like taking a nap. im a teenager too and sometimes just going through the motions and struggles of life can be so tiring.. school and everything takes up so much mental and physical and social energy but i hope that the sleepiness you are feeling is healthy and not related to any diseases and if that is the case, then i wish you many more good sleeps to come 🛏
