Anyone have Geographical Tongue or Lichen Planus of the mouth?

My gums hurt. Even when I am not eating.

I have already tried different toothpaste, night guard and everything my dentist commended. I am having so much more saliva than normal. Sometimes I feel I am going to choke on it. I keep swallowing it. Does anyone have same issue.

I do have Geographical Tongue and Lichen Planus. Both autoimmune tongue diseases for life. Sometimes doctors don’t quite understand me as they either don’t have the knowledge . Or maybe they think I am just a complainer.

After all, I do have so many different health issues.
