“Have you done a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea”? Well, if I don’t ever fall asleep and am awake 2-5 days a week, no cat naps, not a minute of sleep- I think sleep apnea is not it! I hate that, and many more! Have you tried a bath, with candles in your 3 hour preparation to go to sleep? Seriously? Actually I have....I get in the bath and first start wondering how long I must sit there since I filled the tub, of course using bath products. I feel obligated to stay a certain time since I did all that. Then I start thinking about how I’ll need to clean the tub, which usually leads to cleaning other things and I’m not relaxed and am just doing work instead of relaxing....👀 .. tried every single medication that exists, natural and prescription medication. Nothing helps. I’m getting a bit desperate at times. M
