Watching dawn break is beautiful isnt it ?

Its 4.22am and I'm watching another dawn break , it's supposed to be good for the soul a time to reflect and awe inspiring but if you went to sleep at 11am and woke up at 2am then I'm afraid this mornings dawn is tbh mediocre , I'm looking for a Disney film dawn ( wizard of oz perhaps) ,but they only come when I choose to see a dawn break , no doubt after 3 cups of green tea with lemon and ginger I'll start to feel human again ( but I must be grateful for at least getting 3 hrs sleep were I just dropped straight off ) hopefully I'll try and catch up during the day before healthy living at 14.30hrs

Have a good day and have enough of what you need

Wish I had that luxury of even 3hrs sleep but I have had yet another crap night on no sleep at all again 😖😔. Today is sure going to be longgggg.

Looking out the window now tho brings a smile to my face, seeing a gorgeous nice clear blue sky. That always helps cheer me up after zilch sleep.

Wake wakey UK its another gorgeous day & u need to make the most of it while it lasts #SunshineRarity #GetYaVitaminDPeople lol.

Anyway hope u enjoy your day & manage to catch up on sleep during today at some stage, have some for me aswel plz. Sadly I won't get that luxury today, far to busy. 😫

Awful not sleeping isnt it but you're right it's a new day so we must make the best of it , so its time for my morning ritual to get showered feed and watered and if not exacally booted and suited then at least dress smartly , plans are made for later today but as we know they can change in an instant so onward and upward as they say
