Hi what time you go to bed? Push that back before college.
Better sleep routine? You need to practice better sleep hygiene is what. Set a regular sleep time that ensures you get about 9 hours each night, give or take 1 or 2 hours :). You should be able to control your sleep.
If you sincerely work on this and it still does not help, you may want to see your doctor who might recommend a sleep study but I am not a doctor
