I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s about 25 yrs ago. For about 5 of the past years the only symptom I’ve had is a dry mouth. This past 3 weeks. I’ve felt quite “Sjogren-y” About 2 every afternoon until bedtime I’ve experienced the old familiar feelings of “pre-flu”. achy joints, weak, and extremely fatigued, feeling feverish but always have a normal temp! NOT Covid ( no fever, and no sore throats, and feeling normal for half the day . feels like a a 10 hour “flare”

i wonder if it’s possible to. be asymptomatic for so many years and bam... seems as if it’s back. I’d love input! Thanks.

Interesting it seems based upon your body’s circadian rhythms???? Worth looking into? I have RA and these are obviously the same symptoms of a flare. I have also learnt they are similar symptoms for pre-menopause and possibly in menopause. When these symptoms went on for a long time for me and after negative results for a whole host of things I decided to start HRT. I also noticed that when my Vitamin D level is higher I feel much better. It can be easy for us to assume symptoms are only related to our condition and is worth investigating other matters. Keeping a diary is very helpful. I find information from menopause_doctor invaluable too.

Yes, Vitamin D and Omeg 3 Fatty acids help with fatigue and joint pain. Here's a basic article: lifechoices.tips/pp/5-natur.... You might try an anti-inflammatory diet. I'm also a big fan of homeopathy (cell salts, etc.) and essential oils to help support the body functions.

I also have fatigue, joint pain, have trouble maintaining muscles even though I exercise. And I feel those flushes without fever, not quite hot flashes but like them.

I think sometimes we get used to certain pains and conditions and don't notice them while we're busy.

I find that Birch remedies help a little with minor pain and take it sometimes overnight. Good luck addressing your symptoms.
