This sounds part of your SS. I am always asked at my check ups if mine have been up or not and the consultant feels to see if they are. I am assuming here that you are talking about them in the neck?

If they are anywhere else it is usually a sign of infection or if you have CFS it could be that too. Always best to get that sort of thing checked out though if it is not to do with SS.

hi HughesPatient I have the swollen Lymph nodes all over my body...for many years they were worst in the neck but they have spread all over now. I also have small nodules under the skin some that swell and are quite painful when I'm having a flare up or just over done things. It could be a mixture of all my diseases/disorders. Anyone else that suffer from swollen nudules?

to keep the lymph nodes in good working order you need a lymphatic drainage massage if on medication every 3 months
