Sometimes its like talking to a brick wall when consultants are concerned. Are they too vague with their information? Are they actually listening to us? What is your opinion?

I have the most caring Consultant i could possibly wish to have. When I am in his office it is as though nothing else is of importance. He gives me all the time that is needed and I feel that I am all that is important.
I was dx with SS and Hughes following a Stroke. I had been told by many that they did not know what the cause was because all my blood test had come back normal. This is called seronegative but he was not put off by that and took all my CLINICAL history into consideration which was overwhelmingly positive for both conditions. I also have thyroid antibodies which go hand in hand with these two conditions along with Fibro which I also have.
Its a shame that it can take 35 years to find the right doc to dx you so that finally you can get the right treatment.
I almost had to die to get there but finally I know I am in the right place.
