Does anyone else have bad days when they feel so weak they can hardly talk? I had one of those today with no particular trigger. My throat feels extra dry and I can't talk above a whisper. I ache like when you have the flu and I've been sleeping on and off all day.

I just feel like I'm waiting and waiting and waiting ....hoping tomorrow I will feel better .

Yes quite often!! Sometimes I can relate that Ive been overdoing it but other times no reason at all - have learnt over the years to just give in to it and have a lazy (Understatement) day. Pushing yourself to get out of bed and do things just doesn't help. Always feel guilty though wasting a day or two at a time.

You will feel better tomorrow xx
