Can you go for a peaceful walk with your partner as it can help to clear your head a bit-if things dont get better maybe phone a helpline and try and speak to someone . Our best thoughts are with you🌸

I hope you find the help you need. I have two young kids and fatigue comes and goes and when it comes it can really drag me down. And my husband works full time, is doing near a full time study load at uni and trains for marathons and we have no family around so I often feel very alone and overwhelmed with sadness. I don't have any real advice other than think about what works for you to pick up how you feel. For me it is I think about if I have had enough water today, vitamin B, and sleep, try to correct anything I am short of and listen to music that I love that is happy music.

Getting some you time to rest and relax like others have said sound like an important place to start.

Good luck.
