Hydrocotisone

Hi

I've been taking Hydrocotisone for some years after my cortisol levels went so low. My endrocrinist tells me to double up with an infection, trauma etc...and every month I've literally had hundreds of tablets prescribed. I was reading earlier that you can have up to 500ml before an operation. I've been told if I'm in a car crash etc to take 100mg ( would that be the first thing you'd think of!) anyway I was wondering does anyone know of a dose that would be fatal? Surely you can't keep taking them in the 100s.....basically I'm just curious? Thanks

you need an adaptogen to regulate cortisol levels go to this website draxe.com/7-adaptogen-herbs... get a list of the herbs needed and go to a Herbalists or Natropath to have it made up that's what I did and it worked for me.
