Hi Everyone

I have recently been diagnosed with Sjogrens syndrome, Primary Billiary cirrhosis and also have an under active thyroid gland. I have had continuous dry eye for about 2 years now and use drops constantly. Im not sure what to do - do i try to research each problem individually . Any tips or advice are welcome.

Thanks x

Hi alfiro72

I to have sjogrens ,primary biliary cirrhosis and under active thyroid gland . fatigue is the worst thing, I work full time and only have one day off a week

After work I have to go to bed. It's just work and sleep but my home is now in a right state I do what I can but I'm so tired if I push myself then I have to pay for it next day. I'm going to ask my consultant at the next visit if I can have modafinil even once or twice a week to see if that helps. Flora x
