I've just been diagnosed with sjogrens, and renal tubular acidosis. I also have an unexplained DVT. Does anyone else have trouble DVTs? I'm not sure if it's all linked. Any advise on sjogrens would be great, I'm a 32 year old mother of 2.

Hi there, you need to urgently look at Hughes Syndrome... there is a forum on Health Unlocked, we have members who are on this one, also on Thyroid UK and Lupus UK. I suggest our members with Sjogrens also come on this one!
With Hughes Syndrome, you can also have Lupus, Sjogrens and Thyroid issues. Hughes often occurs as a trio of disease... You need to be tested. Also if you tell me where you are located I can perhaps help you find somebody who is medically trained to help. hughes-syndrome.org/

Hi there, as a starting point, there are a couple of names on here in Australia for Hughes/APS.. and also we have several members from Australia on our Hughes Syndrome patient forum... Also on the website I sent you, it explains the test needed, and it is also possible to be Seronegative Hughes and not pass the tests. Best of luck. Mary F x
