going on a cruise ship and how to deal with incontinenence
never been on a cruise. Airport security is used to seeing incontinence supplies and may elect to examine the bag after x-ray, but they realize what they are looking at and discreetly (in my experience) close the bag up and send it on. Other security experiences have been very similar.
I recommend taking some of your own trash bags to help seal up incontinence products in your bathroom. That’s what I do in hotels. I have a small roll of black trash bags that I always take with me. Discreet, and if you tie them up they help with odor control too.
just a couple of thoughts.

thk you I just don’t want to cause my wife any unexpected embarrassment as for myself I’ve come to the point where it is what it is and wasn’t sure about dealing with the disposal when at a motel I usually take my trash to outside dumpster so the hotel staff don’t have to deal with it I also wander if you can get supplies on board if for some reason I ran out
I think many people who do a lot of traveling have written that you should really take all the supplies along with you that you think you may need, as often wherever you may be going most likely will not have the supplies you need. And I am doubting a cruise ship will carry much of anything. You could always inquire with the cruise line to see if by any chance they do carry supplies. But heaven forbid you run out and cannot find anything! And yes, security is pretty used to seeing medical supplies coming through.
