Menopause is exciting enough with brain fog, night sweats, peeling off layers of clothing during the day like you were in the tropics ... and then there's the bladder issues that start to happen.

This article provides some insight into WHY those bladder issues are starting and what can be done about them. While we cannot avoid menopause, they are things we can do to get through it!
