is it okay to wear just a diaper& t-shirt during the sleep study??? that's what i wear to bed at night. the test is next week. any info could help thanks

That would depend on the people doing the test tbh

Many people doing sleep studies need incontinence products, so they should be quite used to this. Don't hesitate to contact them before the study, explain your situation, and they should be able to make any special accommodations necessary to have you comfortable and dry. You may want to ask them at what temperature they keep the room.

Two members of my family have had to do sleep studies. They both have urinary incontinence, and need to wear protective products and have a bed pad at night, too. There was absolutely no problem. The staff at both places were very helpful.
