Hi,

I am a 66 year old man. I have been incontinent since at least age 60. I am interested in how others manage their condition.

Welcome! I hope others will share their ideas on management with you and others. Perhaps you could start us off and let us know how you currently manage, what works and what is not working well for you. Thank you so much for joining the group!
