What types of exercises / activities do you do to improve your painmanagement?

exercise that entails alot of breathing is always good for sickle.. and yoga in particular is good as it aligns your spine and strengthens your core muscles greatly, allowing you to take in more oxygen (after a while of doing it of course)..

speed walking is also great. it gets you fit quick and gets the circulation going well, and should reduce the occurence of leg pains

Hi. I find the more I exercise the better I feel. The less fat I have around my joints the less pain I have. As said before Cardio is very good and free weights. I use the gym for low impact and cardio and have noticed a real difference when I stop.
