Knowing your genotype.

This post is a huge concern for me because for years, I have come across a lot of people from Africa who were given a wrong genotype because there was a mistake in the way their blood tests were processed . A lot were told they were trait when they were actually SCD. A lot have suffered unnecessarily and haven't been able to get proper treatment. If you feel this is the case, please make sure you check again to be sure and safe.
