chest sickling

I have sickle cell trait and for some years I have had them in the lower part of the back aches.

They call it sickling but recently I have had upper chest between ribs aches and no pain lower down.

I have worked out that the sickling has moved upper because I started boot camp which I loved but then this pain so stopped immediately as I realised that this was army training and that I should not do.

I am also on a diet of raw veg in evenings but eat normally during day and find this helps also apple cider vinegar and honey first thing.

I feel healthy no other symptoms either but just this ache I am 45 years, male and my work design means I am on a computer every day.

Can you advise what more I can do and whether this pain periodically can stop sickling?
