Women with uterine cancer can join Leah Hamel, LCSW and peers via video or phone to talk about “Being Compassionate with Yourself: A Workshop on Self-Care”.

During your cancer survivorship, the most impactful messages are often the ones you tell yourself. Working through the fear and sadness that comes with a cancer diagnosis can add to your stress and interfere with your self-care. Having compassion for yourself means being patient and managing your own expectations. Join us on October 27th as we discuss the power of self-compassion as well as life hacks that can help make your life more healthy and comfortable.
