SHARE is conducting a survey in order to assess the needs of anyone diagnosed with uterine/endometrial cancer. The survey results will help inform our patient support and educational offerings for the uterine cancer community.

If you have been diagnosed with uterine/endometrial cancer please consider taking this survey (~10 minutes). Your answers will be anonymous, and you may stop the survey at any time.

Hi there! I so wish there was more info on Uterine Cancer and definitely more of a community. I see how hard you try Nefa-Tari! I tried to take the survey but I don’t see a link where indicated above. I’m trying to access from my phone. I’m sure it’s user error- what am I missing?
