hi, I suddenly had major bloating and pressure in my stomach around 2 weeks ago, peeing more, getting out of breathe, getting full up quicker, tight feeling near my hips. I have had ca125 test which is only 5 and ultrasound found nothing but gynae have sent me for mri on Tuesday, I look about 6 months pregnant! Wondering if anyone has had the same? I am petrified! Also had fatigue and weakness on and off but no bowel changes xx

Hi, my experience was very different, I was diagnosed at 48 yrs old but I certainly understand your worries and fear and just wanted to wish you well. The low Ca125 and normal ultrasound sounds positive so hopefully everything will work out well 🙏, will keep you in my thoughts

it may be of help to you to have a look at the Ovacome website. On there there is a symptom tracker where you can record your symptoms and print it out to take along to your next GO appointment. I had to go back several times to my GP before they referred me for an ultrasound, where possible ovarian cancer was found in both ovaries, albeit at an early stage. I had surgery within a couple of weeks and it was in both ovaries and my omentum. However, my CA125 was up to 545 when they tested but CA125 isn’t always an indicator. Print out your results and go back to see if you can get a referral to a Gynae oncologist. Good luck.
