Please see the below for information about the Covid-19 Two Years Later Survey.

Many survivors participated in the 2020 Covid-19 Ovarian Cancer Survey. This allowed us to bring the collective voice of survivors immediately to the medical community.

The purpose of the 2022 survey is to continue to explore ovarian cancer survivors’ experiences and current levels of worry and distress after two years of the pandemic, and to bring this collective community perspective to medical professionals.

If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete between 48-50 questions, depending on your answers. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey—please do so in one sitting.

Most of the questions relate to stress and worry related to cancer and the impact of the COVID-19 situation. Information about your diagnosis and demographics is also being collected.

Surveys will be collected until midnight on April 11, 2022.
