Zejula and Bloating

Hello Everyone,

I have been on Zejula for about 2 months and out of the blue I am experiencing a lot of bloating. Does anyone have recommendations to deal with it?

I have been on Zejula for 3 months and I have a lot of bloating and gas the doctor told me to take Gas x it seems to help me some

Hi, I’ve been on Zejula for 6 month now, I too was experiencing bloating at the beginning, then it progressed to swelling of my hands and feet. My CA125 has been increasing over the past 3 months, slowly at first and now I’m over 100. My doctor thinks it could be related to the medication causing inflammation, I’m scheduled for a CT scan on October 2 with follow blood work. In the meantime, my dosage has been decreased to 1 pill 100mg per day from 300mg.

I’ve been on it for almost 5 weeks and starting to experience some bloating. Hoping it’s just the Zejula.

My blood count went very low on Zejula. Had to have a blood transfusion last week. I am off from this drug for a week and then more blood work. Don’t know what they will do next. I started that Zejula on July 3 and then I felt out of breath and dizzy in September. Headaches also.
