Hi , have clear cell ovarian 4 cancer other then trails and chemotherapy!As anyone had any success in any other method of treatment?please let me know thanks!

I have been on a trial for the ATR inhibitor AZD 6738 and have been stable/ partial response for 2 years. Doctors don’t yet know why it has been working for me.

Ihave stage 3 c clear cell which spread to the liver during frontline chemo.

I live in Cornwall UK and travel to London for treatment .I am on AZD 7638 momotherapy but believe it is being trialled in combinations.

You can find trials by going to clinicaltrials.gov and search on condition: ovarian cancer, other terms: ATR inhibitor. I see 7 listed. A couple of them are using the AXD 6738 in conjunction with either a PARP inhibitor or with chemotherapy. A couple of them are using a different ATR inhibitor. I'm not sure where you live, but 4 of the trials are recruiting now.

I have the same. Clear cell ovarian cancer stage 4. Thought I was clear last year but evidently not. Currently in the process of signing on to the peacocc trial at UCL. As chemo has clearly not really worked.

Anybody else on this trial?

Iam interested in this trial too although still on the Patriot trial at present.
