Has anyone experienced low blood glucose on Enhertu/trastuzamab?

I have a rare condition that affects my blood glucose. Its called Reactive hypoglycemia.

Enhertu contains trastuzamab and I've found an article linking it with a rare adverse event of hypoglycemia.

I have experienced hypos after my cycles of Enhertu. The last time the hypo was so bad I had a seizure.

Has anyone else had a hypo related to Enhertu/trastuzamab?
