I found this article about a diet for TNMBC. It seems really effective on mice.

Just wondering how we could apply it to us. What foods wuld we have to reduce?

Love

I read this article and then googled "amino acid" and found this list of high amino acid foods on the website of the Cleveland Clinic, a highly respected clinic:

What foods contain amino acids?

Essential amino acids can be found in many different foods. The best sources of amino acids are found in animal proteins such as beef, poultry and eggs. Animal proteins are the most easily absorbed and used by your body.

Foods that contain all nine essential amino acids are called complete proteins. These foods include beef, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, soy, quinoa and buckwheat.

Foods that contain some but not all the essential amino acids are called incomplete proteins. These foods include nuts, seeds, beans and some grains. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, you need to include several types of incomplete proteins in order to ensure you’re consuming all nine essential amino acids.

End of article.

I am still looking for lists of high lipid food. Apparently they tend to be fat containing food. This is all very interesting. My cancer recently changed from E+ to TN and Xeloda is making my hands and feet tender and easily harmed.

Here's a bit about foods high in lipids and I already forgot where it's from, maybe WebMD......

Foods With Lipids

There are many foods that contain lipids, but some foods are worse than others. Avoiding saturated fats is an important step to maintain your health. These 6 foods are particularly high in saturated fats and should be avoided.

1. Beef Fat

Beef fat, also known as beef tallow, is almost entirely made of saturated fats. Almost half of the lipids in beef fat consist of saturated fats. In fact, a single tablespoon, or 12 grams, can add more than 6 grams of saturated fat to your diet.

2. Poultry Skin

Chicken and turkey are generally quite healthy. However, their skin is not. Poultry skin is rich in lipids. A single ounce of chicken skin can contain up to 2.26 grams of saturated fat.

3. Heavy Cream

When fresh milk is processed, a lot of the fat is removed and combined into heavy cream. As a result, heavy cream is a high-fat liquid. Even though it is liquid at room temperature, it still contains a large amount of saturated fat: a hundred-gram serving of heavy cream contains more than 23 grams of saturated fats.

4. Butter

Butter is made by condensing the saturated fats from cream into a single block. As a result, butter is more than half saturated fat. A single tablespoon of butter contains up to 7 grams of saturated fats.

5. Soft Cheese

Different types of cheese are produced from milk with different amounts of fat. In general, fat makes cheese softer, so soft cheeses like brie contain more lipids. A single serving of brie contains up to 9 grams of saturated fats in a 50 gram portion.

6. Bacon

Bacon is a particularly fatty cut of pork, and bacon fat is largely made of saturated fats. As a result, eating 100 grams of bacon adds 12.6 grams of saturated fats to your diet.

Well at least it was in vitro, but mice only live about 30 days, its a bit of a Stretch to apply to humans but indeed we already know sat fats can lead to inflammation and thus more CA, as well as many CV diseases. I am not yet TN but the dietary changes are really not that hard to do, but restriction of those AA's in a human diet is pretty big questionable area, and we don't know from the article which they actually restricted or did I miss something? I recently had a full R/O stroke protocol done on me and my lipids, A1C are pretty good except those LDL's are still too high, but may be genetic and I refuse any of those Statin drugs for good reason. But a recent conference for MBC, the Nutritionist spent over 30 min talking about fiber of at least 35 grams per day being able to fix most anything that ails you and then on the breakfast buffet the next morning was reg Bacon and Sausage that I witnessed many an MBCer pile it on, 🤣!
