I'm not having any negative symptoms -- I'm assuming that some of you have accidentally taken their letrozole twice, having forgotten if they have taken it or not--will you all confirm. Hope you are having a day filled with HOPE and goodness. And do you guys write down when you take your drugs how do you manage the drug thing so that you don't accidentally skip or take double. Maybe I will put a reminder on my phone---but I think I tried that a while ago and that didn't help either.

You're not alone. I have done the same thing. This pill is causing me to gain weight. I'm hoping my doctor takes me off of this. Before I be a floating whale. God bless you

I am so sorry about the weight gain thing! UGGGH. It has not done that to me -- but it has effected me in other areas.

Just get one of those pill holders where you can put all your pills for each day for a week or 2 in them. Then you’ll know for sure what you’ve taken.

I take my pills at night when I go to bed. My memory is so bad because of chemo so this helps me to not retake them. When I used to take them earlier in the day I could never remember if I took them

My pharmacy creates a weekly pill pack for me with everything I take (except Kisqali which is delivered monthly from a speciality pharmacy through FedEx).

My pills are broken down into 4 times per day…..morning, noon, dinner and evening…..the pills and dosage are listed on each pill pack.

Every Friday I receive a pill pack for the week, along with a prescription bottle with a certain number of Tylenol which I take for pain. I also purchase and take non-drowsy Claritin (up to 4 pills) daily to help with bone pain…….this is not in my pill pack).

I hope you find a solution that works for you!

Really!? That's amazing -- this was never offered to me. That is truly amazing. (Claritin for bone pain? is this common knowledge.....I have not heard of that.).

Yes! My oncologist is the one that told me and the best part is it’s non-drowsy……we take enough pain meds, etc., to often warrant naps!!

I would think most oncologists know this information when it comes to bone pain and if not, then we are educating them!!

don’t worry about it today. Just drink a ton of water and flush it all through nicely. It happens and it’s letrozole. Were it oral chemo I’d call the oncology team but I wouldn’t think letrozole 5mg will do you a lot of harm in one day. If you are concerned call your oncology team but I don’t think that’s significant. Just flush it through.

I’ve done it too. I have an app on my phone - Medisafe. It’s free and has reminders etc.

I use the Medisafe app on my iPhone. Works very well. It reminds you with a little sound that sounds like a pill bottle shaking. Then you just click that you’ve taken it. You can see your complete history for all meds on the app. I also hear that the Health app that comes with the iPhone will do the same thing.

Hi, taking meds can be tricky sometimes. I try to take mine in the morning, when eating breakfast. Doing things in a daily routine helps me to stay on track.(kind of) I do find that I forget all together on weekend, because my routine changes. (so I get you). I need to go back to putting my pills in an pill organizer, but I mess up when its time to refill it! LOL I probably didn't help much, but at least you know you are not alone! 😍
