Anne, l just downloaded your latest version, it is so good, informative, up to date, encouraging (read the beetle's story), checked out a few chapters. Want to add my remedy for foot cramps - l keep a pair of compression socks at my bedside and put them on as soon as a cramp starts and get relief. I will be ordering a hard copy soon.
