Has anyone took taxol ?

I have not taken Taxol but women in the local support group that used to meet regularly had taken it or were taking it. That was too long ago for me to remember details but I do know that at that time it was very often the first chemo-therapy those of us with E + bc were given. It's in a group of meds called taxanes, along with Abraxane and Taxotare. If you are allergic to trees, let your onc know. That is one of the few particulars I do remember as I am very allergic to trees
