Having problems ms logging in on my computer and iPad. Says my account has been locked. When I go to "help", there is no option to get support. Anyone out there who can help me?

Which browser do you have? I posted a question in the help section and got this: 1. Check to see if Caps Lock is on2. Try clearing the cookies/cache on your browser. This can be different depending on your preferred browser:
