Hi ladies

Some of you have sent me private messages but I can’t reply...have tried before and for some reason it just refuses to accept my email address even though I’ve reset it...annoying

Thought I’d mention this as I don’t want you lovely ladies to think I’m rude not replying

Wish me good luck tomorrow as I start my radiotherapy.....I’m not scared just want it done then at least I’ll know if it improves things or not....the ophthalmologist seems more positive than my oncologist...why they should have different opinions I’ve no idea

sending prayers Barb! so sorry you're going through all this pain and worry. I told my friend just yesterday when talking about the last hurricane scare, I told her, I'm 50% prayer warrior and 50% prayer worrier, but Jesus always answers despite my weakness and faults! He NEVER fails! <3 xo

If its radiotherapy to the brain, like elsewhere, you wont feel anything.

Headaches and infrequent twinges of pain I found were the norm but I couldn't help wondering what was going on

I do hope this rectifes your vision problem.

I understand you can’t drive at the moment and I’m more than happy to visit you in a few weeks if you feel up to it and we are not back in lockdown!

I’d say in the same way that you know more about how the mouth than your oncologist the ophthalmologist will know more about treating eyes. I’m glad he/she is being positive.

Wishing you well with the therapy. I would tend to believe the Ophthalmologist.

Regarding the problem with the email. I think some internet service providers have systems that will not mix with the more poplular ones. I know I cannot send messages to AOL customers. I get the messages from them but when I try to reply it is undeliverable.
