Nope! It sounds like gout, but it doesn’t have to be a side effect of your medication. It could just be gout! My husband is an anesthesiologist and he has a saying about it being possible to have measles and a broken leg at the same time, meaning one doesn’t have anything to do with the other. If it hurts too much, go see your family practitioner. Hugs, Elaine
