I found friends on facebook that I hadn't seen since grade school and funny thing is, I loved them then and I still love them now, well most of them anyway ha ha ... and I have people I have worked with over the years and wanted to stay in touch with, I don't like to lose "my" peoples <grin> ... one girl, we were great friends at work when we were both 18 at an insurance company .... try it, it's so cool to find old friends, it's like digging for diamonds in the facebook dirt.

I hear you, I don't put any credit card or bank information on my phone or laptop, and if I pay for something online, I go through paypal which has to send me a code on my phone to be able to log in! I worry about these youngsters putting everything on their phones, they will be easy targets. <3 xo

I actually do on-line banking, but no social media. I probably shouldn't, but started doing it well before Facebook, Twitter, etc. The internet used to be safe years ago.

I seem to be getting more scam emails now that I am officially old.

oh duh! I've been online banking since 2001! I don't even consider it risky because so many layers of security logging into my bank! I love my online banking, but I wouldn't have it on my phone I don't believe, but who knows if I didn't have my laptop available. I did take our savings account offline; so if someone does steal from us, they better get there right away after the checks go in because otherwise it goes to $0 really fast ha ha
