Hi Jam

Yes I went to London last year for a consultation at the COC

Was prescribed the four drugs but really struggled with the side effects so gave up in the end....even after introducing each drug separately so I was disappointed

I was on the Jane McLelland Facebook page but when I voiced my opinion about something she removed me and was actually rude and quite nasty which upset me

I’m not trying to put you off but their fees are high and they won’t represcribe the meds without another appointment every three months...money making racket imo

My oncologist said we would be prescribed theses drugs if they were that effective

The problem is that there’s no proof which drugs are successful because you take the COC drugs together with your traditional medication so it’s impossible to know

I was full of enthusiasm at the beginning and thought I was doing the best to combat the disease but in hindsight I’m not convinced

Hello. I was on COC for 3 months. I have not renewed it when it due in Dec as my diseased progressed so there no obvious benefit to it. It is very expensive and I found the guy who was doing quite patronising and irritating... So ideally I would have continued if it was cheaper and I did not have to go through a 3 monthly " consultation" with someone who really seem to know very little about anything..The idea of giving him more of my hard earned cash made my blood boil...

Hi Jam,

I started on the COC protocol 10 months ago, and have continued taking the drugs. I no longer see the COC doctors, as my private doctor prescribes those drugs (and added others, as well as adjusted my initial dosage to one more suitable for me). I can get some of the drugs prescribed for free once I present my prescription from my private doctor. It was a bit laborious at first, but it's straightforward now.

I have been stable since my first post-diagnosis CT scan in August 2018. I'm not sure if it's down to the COC protocol, my conventional treatment, other off-label drugs or supplements I am taking, or if it's a combination of everything, but there has not been any progression since the disease was stabilised in 2018. If you are interested in starting anything new I would strongly suggest you find a reputable integrative doctor who can advise you on the best course of action. We are all different and may need a different approach to someone else. Not all drugs work for everyone either, so you might find that another approach works better for you. This whole thing can seem like a minefield when you don't know which way to turn or what to take. But a good doctor can help steer you in the right direction.

Great metaphor. Its very frustrating, conventional and non convential basically shot in the dark. Tried colloidal silver with the promise that it's a cure ,but experienced progression. Still believe healing comes from Above, many different vessels of vehicles for that blessing. Conventional medicine ,supplements etc....triple frozen water who knows. Very happy you are stable with blessings from Above you'll stay that way and have a full recovery. Thank u for sharing helpful and encouraging

Hi Geulah,

Yes, it is frustrating trying to navigate through and find things that work. I refuse to just sit back and do nothing, which is why I have been working so hard over the past two years to improve my health and (hopefully) outcome. I wish you all the best too. I hope that we can all be cured.

Complete cure, just around the corner. With help from Above for sure. Look forward to sharing good news from everyone. I got very excited about posts about mistle to

Injections here, even asked oncologist,he answered personally he doesn't know anyone who it helped, but not saying that it didn't help anyone. Good luck with it all, even read a study that being proactive helps in the healing.

Yes, indeed! I believe that too.

I have heard about the use of mistletoe as well, but have not really looked into it that much. So I don't really know if it's an effective treatment or not. Attitude has a big role to play. I am a very determined person. My GP once told me I am the most determined person she has ever met. I took that as a compliment! I'm stubborn too. I refuse to be beaten by this disease.

I'm a bit the opposite..

Can I borrow some of that determination and replace the guilty place I tend to fall into. Have lots of stubborness, maybe can turn that around to determination. Keep it up! Good news !

in reply to Geulah

Yes, you can have it!

Jane McLelland was very determined too. She did a lot of research and was able to figure out a way to help reverse her metastatic diagnosis. She has been in remission for around 20 years, so I do believe there is some merit in her protocol. She was not expected to survive when she was diagnosed.

I'm pleased I was able to motivate you. We need to have a positive attitude and look to the future with optimism and hope.

I work on gratefulness. I was given advice by a very special Rabbi to express thankfulness for all the things that are normally taken for granted. I'm sure for everyone with such a diagnosis has an extra appreciation for those "little" things. I set a time everyday to do this, start out with things like having food ,a bed, whatever and go on to the specific things like my children, grandchildren, opportunity to help others , times when things turned around when it seemed almost hopeless etc etc etc. Then I feel better, remember how much I'm in the Ultimate Good Hands....and can relax , have more trust , and a positive attitude....to really expect the good is coming and wishing you and everyone to share good news, well being and complete recovery. Certainly all the genuine caring and sharing on this site will help bring down those blessings . A little bit of light, disperses a lot of darkness...just light a candle in a dark room...

I think your advice is very close to the core of the matter. Very difficult if you have been wronged.

No, I haven't tried. I want to believe in them, but I came to the conclusion that if they worked, my onc would suggest I follow the protocol.

I don't tolerate drugs well and I feel that what I'm taking are giving me enough side effects.

Spoke to a pharmacist at our specialty pharmacy and he could see no reason why the protocol would work.

But, you have to really research and decide for yourself as everyone's cancer is different and everyone reacts to meds differently.

I wish you success should you decide to try.
