Has anyone had major teeth issues on ibrance?

Hi Marianne

You probably know I’m a retired dentist...I don’t see why Ibrance would cause teeth problems directly

However if you suffer with a dry mouth from the drug then that could make your saliva much reduced therefore not acting as a natural teeth cleanser or as an acid neutraliser...saliva has a Ph of 7...this could increase the bacteria in your mouth causing bleeding gums and cavities...I think chewing sugar free gum helps a great deal together with a mouthwash like curasept or peroxyl...

I had dental exam I was told that my crowns needs to be replaced

I am taking Xgeva that can cause Jaw necrosis so I try to pay attention to my teeth cleaning and flossing
