What type if magnesium do you take? I'm taking magnesium glycate and it doesn't seem to help me sleep.

I take ambien. Also, some times CBD oil if I am having a real problem,

I’ve been taking camomile tea and that seems to be helping. If I wake up (usually to feed the cats) I take 2 x 2 mg diazepam and listen to guided meditations. They are so boring you fall asleep.

Sleep is important! I take an Ativan and an Ambien at bedtime. I take them right before I crawl into bed and I’m out in about 15 minutes. I usually wake up once to go to the bathroom but I don’t turn on lights and try not to wake up very much. I go right back to sleep except when my husband thinks I’m awake and starts talking to me. That starts my brain going and then I have a hard time going back to sleep. I usually try to ignore him...lol! Elaine

Magnesium is great, as per above suggestions but I apply mine topically (it's magnesium oil but it's not really oil, just dissolved magnesium salt but the liquid feels slippery like oil). I rub it on tummy and thighs. Some suggest it's better absorbed that way. Guided meditations are also helpful to me. Good luck, it's no fun lying awake. xxx

I take Remeron about an hour before bed. You need a perscription for it. It is for anxiety and sleep. I take 7.5 mg every night.

I will add to the above recommendations melatonin and L Theanine (it's an amino acid)

The brand of magnesium is Innate and it is Magnesium 300( I take 3 capsules per my acupuncturist instructions). Here is Florida it is legal with a medical card to purchase THC oil. I take 600ml Baldor (made my fluent) 5 drops (2 to 3 times a day). I take my last dose about an hour before bed with a little food. you need to work up to 5 drops otherwise you will be high as a kite. Here is the website and it tells you what states it is legal in getfluent.com. good luck and it will help you sleep.
