There are a few of us on here that take Kisqali (ribociclib). I started in January so I am on my 5th cycle. After the second cycle, the doc reduced my dosage. My last PET scan showed a spot on my rib had resolved and another had reduced in size but spots in my pelvic area are still there without any progression. Both of my cancer marker test are on a downward trend.

My oncologist chose Kisqali because it has less of a chance of producing blood clots. I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in November of 2018.

I initially had breast cancer in 2004 and had a lumpectomy with no node involvement at that time.

similar situation on Ibrance, but hope we can try ribociclib when one stops working.
