Has anyone else experienced pain in the lower left abdomen? Possible side effect? I’ve had it before, with Exemestane and it went away each time I stopped the drug. Switched to Letrozol and was doing great. Added Ibrance (on my third week). It feels different than the previous pain (which, after dozens of tests, was never diagnosed- had to be the Exemestane). Could be a pulled muscle, I have been working hard physically...

Lower Left Abdomen Pain
Have you considered that this pain actually might be generated from your hip? I ask as I had a similar complaint (pain in the left groin area-thought it was a bad ovary) which drove me to find an answer last March, and finally ended in the discovery of BC metastatic to the bones.
I have been on Ibrance 21/7 since August and had no new pain similar to what you described.
Keep hunting until you are satisfied with the answer.
I have that pain in the right side of lower abdomen. I have had it for awhile and sometimes I think it’s my lung filled up again and it’s pushing against my ribs. I’m procrastinating getting a thorocentis (?) because I’m in a rural are and the dr. And hospital is 50 miles away in Wilmington, NC. I get my lung drained a few times a year and that helps with the pain.
Other times I have it and think it’s part of the lymphedema on the right side. I had cancer in both breasts 13 years apart. The left side of my body is okay but the right side is a mess! I liked pushing on the pain like trigger therapy but my pain dr. Said to stop that because I might be pushing on an actual cancer lesion. I have Mets on the liver so sometimes I think it’s that. Also, I have a family reaction to drugs my body doesn’t like. It gives me a pain if it doesn’t like a drug I’m taking. If that’s the case, it’s too bad because I’m taking the cancer drugs. So there’s several reasons it could hurt (also Mets in the ribs). I cannot find out exactly what causes it. My whole right side can hurt. I take oxicontin and levorphanol to control pain which works great but can make me tired.
Good luck finding the reason for your pain. Keep us posted.

PS Someone wrote, I’m StageWTF and that made me laugh and thought that was perfect. Everything is WTF and it’s odd how much guess work there is. Plus, if you read all the side effects of the drugs it could be that! Argh!
