I get a lot of yeast infections since starting Ibrance. I always have something on hand to treat quickly. I have had a UTI also but only one. Not sure if the Ibrance is the cause or the Letrozole.

Yes, I've had a couple or uti since starting Ibrance, but have had early intervention and am fine! There are bound to be these side effects with dryness and itching. My skin and eyes have been all dried out from all the meds, but it's doing the job keeping this ugly disease at bay! God bless us all!

I’ve been getting them too but not just on Ibrance. My mom said she used to get them all the time at my age (just turned 42)

I also got a uti on ibrance & letrizole. I had to take 2 different antibiotic regiments to clear it up.

I get UTI frequently, not only because of the Ibranace but I am also a type 1 diabetic so if my blood sugars get real high for a time I will get a UTI . I have been drinking more water than I used to and trying to keep my blood sugars in check seems to help. Always something.

I have been getting yeast infections every month since I started Ibrance. I ordered a bunch of tubes of miconazole nitrate cream USP 2% from an online pharmacy. It is the same medicine for athlete’s foot because the same fungus causes yeast infections. It is a lot cheaper this way.

I think you might want to check in with your doc. Monistat is for vaginal yeast infections. If you think you have a urinary tract infection because you have burning and pain when you urinate then it needs a urine test to determine it is a UTI and bacterial and then needs to be treated with antibiotics like ba trim. Good luck!

I woke up this week with tingling in both arms and hands when I urinated then I couple of hours later--same thing but then blood in urine. Got dressed and went to the Emergency Room at 3:30 in the morning. They took tests and said I had a Urinary tract infection. They could not tell me what the tingling in the arms and hands was from. I'm on antibiotics for a week. I have APS and am on Warfarin-one stroke 5 years ago. This UTI wasn't didn't include the usual itching - strange.
