Suddenly I'm getting the hand and foot tingling more often. I can usually shake it off but should I be concerned it is becoming more frequent? Does anyone know if there is something, preferably organic, I can take. I don't want to add another med...

Acupuncture and acupressure seem to help me. I bought an acupressure pad for my feet and acupressure balls for my hands.

If you’re on Xeloda, the tingling will eventually go away once you’re off it. If you’re on IV Ixempra or eribulin, it will get worse and not go away. For the IV drugs, consider iced cooling gloves and socks when you get treatment (you can search for this on line) That should stop progression.

Happy Holidays: Sister/warrior. Icy Hot combined with neuropathy cream can help you have a more joy filled Holiday Season. You have to use both of these topical's( together). I previously posted over a year ago how this worked for (2) people I know. Both were from the Share support group, and both had unbearable pain, and tingling. (1) of these woman was a friend who like me could dance all night. This was the only natural treatment that stopped the pain, and tingling.

We now know that if a woman is taking I.V. I have also heard about an oral supplement N.A.C , but I don't know anyone personally who used It. I did see a lot of reviews by people who said they used it, and that they had great results. Integrative/Homeopathic Dr.'s are saying N.A.C. is great if you have already had I.V. Chemotherapy, which has caused nerve damage, (pain, and tingling) on your hands, and feet. If you have diabetic nerve damage I am hearing N.A.C. is equally effective. This supplement can be a little costly. Do the research or have a loved one do the research for you if you can't find the time to do it yourself. Make sure you get a good quality supplement, and make sure you use the right amount for you to have the optimum results. You can speak with an Integrative, or Homeopathic Dr. to get supplement usage, and the expected time it will take to get results. I hope this helps some of our Sister/Warriors.
