Hi,

Did you have any victories you want to share? Were there any challenges you want empathy about?

Thanks.

After the second lumpectomy pathology report came back without clear margins, I was devastated. A FB friend posted an interesting in attending a workshop with yoga on refocusing purpose in life.

On short notice I drove 90 minutes to attend the 90 minute workshop. IT WAS FABULOUS and just what I needed to adjust to the bad news and emotionally and mentally get ready for mastectomy.

Next weekend I am attending a more in-depth two day retreat on the same topic.

I normally wouldn’t have been spontaneous to do something like this. Glad I did! Looking forward to next weekend! ❤️
