I am sharing a link to an excellent webinar about the latest American Institute of Cancer Research, which explains the latest (early 2017) research results that assure us that the ingestion of soy foods (not supplements) and flaxseed are safe for us, and may even be helpful to avoid the reoccurrence of breast cancer.
