Hi there ,. I am in my seventh year of survival and still going. I try to be positive, upbeat and do things that make me smile, laugh and enjoy. I got a dog after my diagnosis and I am sure she helps keeps me going every day.

I keep busy all the time and try to eat healthy, stay away from sugar and too many carbs.
