Hello, I am a two time survivor of early breast cancer. I had 3 lumpectomies, radiation and then a mastectomy in 2012. I am currently on my fourth year of an aromatase inhibitor. I have symptoms, but I am very optimistic and looking forward hopefully to my last year of hormonal therapy.E

DCIS and Me
That's great, stay positive! I'm curious if anyone can describe what it feels like after you go off the aromatase inhibitor. I've got one year left also.
I was originally diagnosed in Jan 1993. Had a lumpectomy with recurrence less than 2 years later. 2 more tumors found- had a 2nd lumpectomy. Then 6 months later found 6 tumors, after the removal, I had a mastectomy. 14 tumors developed over the next years but STILL here. No chemo, no rads, no hormones. Nutrition plan, dietary supplements, exercise, destress, etc. No one needs to go my way, but add this to any protocol for best outcomes. I founded Annie Appleseed Project to share such ideas.
I am so happy to hear about your use of natural methods. How do I learn more?
I am not sure how (of if I can) privately message you, so I must share here annieappleseedproject.org also on our very active Facebook page for Annie Appleseed Project. If you email me, I can send our Handout on reducing treatment toxicity. And on encouraging healthy behaviors. annieappleseedpr (at) aol.com
