I expect we all have preferences that could be classed as a fetish if acted upon, and yours is probably not unique. I’m sure there are other guys into the same thing and as long as it doesn’t harm anyone then there’s no problem with that. There is always a risk that in an effort to push the boundaries, fetishes can become unhealthy obsessions, or stray into risky territory, but what you are describing is not that.
At 27 it’s perfectly normal to want to try new things and if your cousin is interested in masturbating with you then that’s perfectly fine too, as long as he is doing so willingly.
