BALANITIS/PHIMOSIS SWELLING

Recently, I've somehow managed to get Balanitis, I do clean myself daily so not sure why it has suddenly popped up. I've also had swelling along side it. Now the swelling is so bad I'm starting to get phimosis, every time I pull back to go toilet or clean it just rips and opens up tiny little cuts which sting. Do I not pull back and wait to heal over? How can i reduce the swelling? Any advice appreciated.

Without seeing the area, it is impossible to give you any advice. These symptoms I would suggest attend a sexual health unit.

Hi I have recently got reoccurring balanitis as well. Did you get cleared of it or what happen with you. I’m on cream just now for 3 months and been told that if it doesn’t go away I may need to be circumcised.
